Not Another Coronavirus Post..

..and that's just what this is. It NOT another Coronavirus post. If you are like me, my social media platforms are blowing up with fear, panic, anxiety, and then there's the memes that make me chuckle. So, I figured I would give you something new to read about...my kids! 😂

It's been far too long since I gave updates on the kids. I feel like time is only going faster, and I am getting busier, but that's life and I LOVE it!! I like to write these blog posts mainly for personal reason's so I have each kids like/dislikes throughout their lives documented somewhere! 😉

Paxtin- Pax is in 1st Grade at Majestic Fields Elementary. He absolutely adores his teacher, Miss Cooney and his classmates. I've said it once, I'll say it 1000 times, Pax has a HUGE heart and is so sociable and loving to all he comes in contact with. He has a new "best friend" everyday, he just calls everyone his best friend. He is really into Mario right now and Bakugans. Pax is a great reader and is way above the standard reading level for a 1st Grader. He's very smart, and has an imagination that soars. He is a good helper, and I depend on him a lot for help; but, he is also the one that gives me more anxiety than I need. Pax just started Karate 3 weeks ago and is LOVING it, he just earned his white belt and broke a board!! I'm so proud of him and I am glad we have found an activity/sport to do and it's also teaching great values that will benefit him forever!!

Channing: Chan is in 1st Grade at MFE too and his teacher is Mrs. Szamecki. He loves doing math and will sit and do it for hours in his workbook. He started this school year barely able to read and now he's went up 5 reading levels and loves it. I never have to remind him to read his take-home books. Channing also loves Mario and of course CATS!! That boy and his cats are so fun and cute. He has a plethora of stuffed animal cats! Chan still sees a speech therapist and occupational therapist at school, but his speech has improved a ton. He still struggles with getting frustrated and yelling loudly, but overall he's doing amazing and much better than before. I have been trying to find Chan an activity/sport that he may like but he turns me down with a "No" with each suggestion I give him. With his height I really hope he plays basketball like his momma; I just want him to find that passion and love for something...maybe he'll be a "mathlete" 🤷‍♀️

Paisley- Paisley just turned FOUR, and I'm still in shock my baby is 4! She would not go to preschool this year, but I did sign her up to start preschool this coming fall. She's excited, but nervous having the thought of leaving me. She's a mommy's girl through and through and has to know where I am at all times....literally!! She LOVES dance and is doing so well with her dancing and tumbling. She loves unicorns and wearing nightgowns, and it makes me so happy cause I used to live in nightgowns when I was her age. She hates to wear socks and her feet/shoes are getting smelly, and I constantly remind her to put on socks! She lives on the swingset they all got for Christmas. She can get herself going and swinging really high and she loves it. She has also mastered riding her bike with NO TRAINING WHEELS. Granted she didn't use training wheels much anyways, but her Strider bike has helped her tremendously with balance and be able to go right to a pedal bike. Paisley was recently diagnosed with asthma and severe pet allergies, we are currently doing daily breathing treatments with her along with other medications in hope we don't end up in the ER again. Her blood work numbers were not good so we have had to make a lot of changes around our house lately.

If you are still reading this, congrats! You made it to the end! I hope you all stay well/healthy and always remember "to treat others the way Chick-Fil-A treats you!!" Sending love and prayer always, Love you!
